I used to own these, I was a day one user since it's release, bundled with my phone purchase.
This felt like a failed copycat of the more popular—you-know-which—product.
They added those mostly pointless LED strips to the stems, whose only purpose seems to be greeting you when you open the case or letting you cosplay as a cyberpunk character.
Meanwhile, because of how the earbuds sit in the case, you have to rotate them in mid-air before inserting them into your ears, unless you use the opposite hand to pick up each earbud.
To make matters worse, they put the pairing button on the bottom of the case. That also means you can't pair the earbuds if you put them in the official case, since that case doesn't have a cutout on the bottom for the pairing button. 🍎 Is using hidden capacitive sensors in their latest Gen products, far better solutions.
Buds 4 fixed some of these issues, but I still think Buds 2 remains my favorite.

Buds 2 pro were amazing, hated these, they completely refuse to stay in my ear, good luck

Getting the foam tips for these is essentia, i have thesel. It helps them stay in and noise cancelation is way better. Foam tips are kinda a must for all earbuds..I just got my wife the airpod pros 3 and she couldn't keep them in her airs, I got her the foam tips and as soon as she put them in her ears she was shocked

I had similar experience, all you said is true. And I just don't understand the downvotes.

No matter which headset I use, people say they can't hear me well on calls. Getting these to see if their improved speech profile solves this with my fold 7.

Awesome buds - I've had them almost since release with a case that latches so even if you drop it they don't spill out. On occasion the mic(s) on one would get clogged so you need to clean them up a bit with a toothbrush

I also have these from release. I also own the bud pro, bud 2, bud life. This is the best so far. I used my buds for music, podcasts, and audio books. I have dropped these many times and not being as careful as I should with them and they still works. Battery if is great. ANC works when needed, but I keep mine off most of the the time. I have not had any complaint with the mic from other people. The sync but is blocked if you use the oem case, but if you are in samsung ecosystem then it is not a problem. Like most earbud type, it is very personal. Some will like it and some will not. Each to their own.

Awesome earbuds IMO, but the fact that these are just straight-up returns and not refurbs (where they'd likely replace the rubber tips) is nasty to me. Your average person is not clean, and I wouldn't want to share something you INSERT into your ears even with even a well-kept stranger.
