Kinda soured on Logitech now after having 2 MX Ergo Plus's both develop the dreaded double click/no click problem, and they aren't cheap! If I was better at soldering I'd replace the switches, but they're tiny and if I'm paying someone else to do it, I might as well just buy a new one. Time to look for something else, a shame because I've been using Logitech products for many years.

These are the only mice I use, both at home and work. I've been a Logitech marble mouse fan since the 20 aughts. I work on a computer and do a lot of clicking. I've definitely had units get that dead click syndrome, but I get them on good deals and I use the crap out of them, so...

I'm barely competent at soldering, S like I know how to do it but I very rarely have any reason to get any practice, and I'm pretty sure Anybody who reasonably handy Could spend 20 minutes on Youtube and know more than I do. I ordered the switches and think I spent a total of 30 minutes messing it up and fixing it until I got it right and put it back together. I absolutely loved it. It was better than new. And since I have multiple versions of the mouse and back I've ordered the switches for all of them and as soon as the click isn't as Satisfying as it used to be I go ahead and change them out. You could probably do it with a lighter and some sort of low temper solder lol.

Depending on the work you do it's pretty easy to flip back and forth between this and a cheap TEMU knockoff. And the knockoff actually is pretty good possibly better for certain things. Definitely worth the $12 I spent on it. I use it as my beater And in backpack tease with my laptop. It switches easily between desktop and laptop with no doggle needed

Do you have a suggestion on what switches to use? Seems to be just as many for mice as there are for keyboards.
