These contain more playable cards than collector cards so it's actually selling for msrp.

Battledecks don't contain any sought after rare cards. They are for competitive play. Scalpers and collectors don't mess with battledecks and while Pokemon cards as a whole have outpaced the S&P for the last 20 years, battledecks are the only pokemon product that historically loses value.
