BEVIGOR 3V CR2032 batteries are positioned as a low-cost option for small devices, with a bitter coating meant to deter swallowing and plenty of reported power. They have worked for years in remote gate openers and other low-stakes gear like scales, remotes, doorbells, and AC controls. The main concern is longevity, since these can drop voltage quickly in key fobs and other hard-to-reach devices, sometimes needing replacement every few months. A practical pick for inexpensive, easy-to-swap uses.

Common Questions (4)

  • Longevity can be short in high-drain or hard-to-access devices: car key fobs may need replacement about every 6 months, and AirTags or similar trackers can need frequent swaps. In lower-stakes devices like bathroom scales, remotes, or gate openers, they can last much longer, even years.

  • They are cheap, but several comments say they can drop voltage quickly and need replacement far more often than name brands. They may be fine for low-priority devices, but not for anything where frequent battery changes are inconvenient.

  • They fit common CR2032 devices such as glucose meters, bathroom and kitchen scales, air conditioner remotes, RF wireless control switches, doorbells, and car key fobs.

  • Yes. The coin cells have a bitter coating intended to make them taste worse and discourage kids from putting them in their mouths or swallowing them.

Most of the recent reviews say these don't last very long. lol. That's kinda the point of this style battery. They're supposed to last several years.
That depends on the device. I've seen some in computers last decades, but these key fobs for cars you have to replace them every 6 months, same with AirTags and Android equivalents.
