I can't speak to how good it is for fitness - it's kind of like half of a ski motion - It certainly doesn't do much compared to a regular treadmill. It turns out, it's awesome as something I just stand on and wobble about like a doofus while I'm on work from home calls or have some energy and don't want to sit on the couch.
Do I hide it in shame away from the public? Absofarkinlutely. Do I regret the $20 stoney-baloney balance board? Absolutely not.
