it just worked for me. Try going through the coupon page. Go to the link below and then click on the product. After you get to the product page, click the Subscribe option. You should see the 30% coupon. Even if you don't, when you subscribe, the discount should show up in the final amount.

According to AI, the regular and Pet versions have identical ingredients. The Pet label seems to be just a marketing thing.

I've tried with the subscription added to my cart and with my cart empty.

Sounds like a temporary glitch that has nothing to do with the promotion. The stock counter is not working so there's nothing to put in your cart. Try again later. I've seen similar errors appear then disappear. Good luck.
