It's $50 more than it should be, but if you don't have a Micro Center near, it's a go. If you do have an MC, the 7600X3D bundle at $350-400 would save a bit for the same performance, unless you are using an RTX 5080 or higher.

x3d cpus are the best for gaming the only real downside to this is the single stick of ram but the large l3 cache of the x3d cpu mostly mitigates it. one more thing to note is Asrock motherboards have had issues with x3d cpus but only the 9000 series one.

Got the microcenter 7600x3d bundle and it has been solid. Don't feel like the 16 gb is holding me back. Though I might not be doing many tasks requiring more.

If I hadn't just gotten the $350 7500x3d deal at MC this month I think I would have jumped on this. This is about as good as it gets for a new build/platform upgrade in the current RAM hellscape. Biggest bummer is the single DIMM, but I ended up biting the bullet and stacking some Paze discounts to get a matching one for ~20% off so I am not running single channel
