Haven't tried this model, but I highly recommend this type of pillow for side sleepers and elderly people.
Don't pay extra for them, though $10-15 is a good price. They work the same and don't have to be fancy.

Fully agree. These types of pillows are the best. I hate when I sleep without one. If I'm traveling I sometimes order one to the hotel because I miss it so much. A regular pillow does not cut it. I think part of it is that a regular pillow would get too hot. The shape provides enough support to not let your knees touch with minimal contact.

If definitely is. I've had 2 knee surgeries and this is great. Way better than a pillow and worth getting one. Big difference the next day after you wake up.

I got a pillow that looks like a half cylinder. But its memory foam is too firm to help with side sleeping. It's good to prop up the knees while watching TV upright or reading my Kindle in bed while upright (with a backrest). Maybe this is better for side sleeping if the code works. (Edit: the code worked for me.)
