2. The 20,000mAh Configuration
To achieve the 20,000mAh rating, the manufacturer uses four larger 21700 lithium-ion cells (the thicker type, not the standard 18650 size) wired in parallel.
* Wiring four 5,000mAh cells together in parallel technically creates a 20,000mAh bank at 3.7V.
* However, basic fan circuits lack advanced cell-balancing features, meaning the individual cells will likely drift in voltage and degrade your total runtime over time.
3. Real Physical Size (about 6-7 Inch Blade)
The product descriptions emphasize the outer frame dimensions, which measure roughly 8.5 to 11 inches including the bracket. The actual internal fan blade size is only about 6 inches. It is a compact personal fan in a bulkier housing, not a large-scale air mover.

"When I received this fan I was incredibly disappointed to see that I was lied to! This fan is NOT a 20,000mah fan!! They send you 2 X 10,000mah batteries," <- in one of the reviews, but this may actually be a plus since you can charge one while using the other and keep alternating.

I stick to my Ryobi One mini clip fan I got for $20.
