This seems nice at first but then I thought about it, usually when I have a fire at my house I got lots of friends over, so most of them wouldn't be able to even see the fire since it just open on 1 side lol

Yeah, but I sit around a fire to see the actual fire, not just the heat.

Imagine going camping and this thing blocking your view while you talk to others and you can't even see the fire?

Chimineas are amazing. And smart for small controlled fires and smoke. This is more set up for a corner area to have a warm fire nearby. Not a fire pit setup for snores and a conversation circle.
