I keep thinking if I should pull the trigger on this saw or not, I do have dewalt circular saw the bigger one

I own both. I find that this is good for rough cutting sheet goods in the Home Depot parking lot if you're impatient and don't want to wait on an associate to cut the sheet in store. One thing though is that this thing goes through cheap amazon blades pretty fast. Investing in some quality Diablo blades may yield better results, but those blades seem to be pretty expensive compared to the deals you can often find on the 6.5 and 7.25 blades.

I ran into an old carpenter who absolutely loved this saw. I'm in for one. I wouldn't try to frame a house with it, but for the occasional backing board or piece of plywood, it's fantastic.
