Wording is too technical. It is basically you are getting $10 off $25+ purchase. Thst comes to 40% off on 25 even or less than 40% off as your purchase total continues to rise.

I think it works on all brands unlike most of their coupon codes bc it's technically $10 instant "Kohls Cash" you can use on anything

This is a great offer, in my opinion, and because it's considered instant Kohl's Cash, it CAN be redeemed toward items/brands that are normally excluded from other promotions—i.e., products that show the following: 'This product is not eligible for coupons. However, you are able to earn and redeem Kohl's Cash® and Kohl's Rewards® on this product.'
