How has Nintendo not been able to bring the hammer down on this? I know it's a Chinese product... but you'd think Nintendo could successfully keep it off woot and amazon at least. That said, I looked at the games list and it's a lot of Japanese versions, crappy games, rom hacks, and a couple dozen great titles.

If true...."The actual games included differ depending on the variant of the console, but all contain licensed MMC3 games, mapperless games, and games from Nice Code Software. None of the included games have save features or light gun support. Most games have their publisher names removed.
