Need something with casting.

Any leads on a good deal? Lowest tier is fine, as long as it has casting and maybe a 3.5mm aux in.

I bought this from Costco for I think $40/$50 when it was going out of stock. Very happy with it. Very good sound even at high volume. The lights are a gimmick but fun sometimes.

So is this the Costco version or the regular version. I heard the regular version cannot stereo pair with the version. Someone who knows for sure please confirm.

You can do party mode up to 100 speakers, or shares but I don't think it's right and left steroid. Doesn't matter to us on a golf cart or by the pool. We link up to 4 at a time so we can jam out with our clam out.

From what I understand, and believe me there is a lot of info out there so who knows..., the v2s can do party cast, so up to 100 speakers or whatever, but with just two, not in stereoWhen they sent the two v2s, when I already had two 'regular' ones, not even the boxes mentioned stereo sound being a thing for two. However, once I realized they didn't pair with ours, we didn't mess with them any further, and gifted them to the sister in law for her bday bc I doubt most people care about the stereo like we do. They still sound amazing. I got a deal on two more regular ones on ankers site this week- and even though I know four can't do stereo either, I still want the option to spread sound throughout the yard.

Any chance you can ask your sister in law to try it out? I regret only buying 1 at Costco when they were $40. However, I do notice that if I press and hold the Bluetooth button it does turn from blue to white which I believe is how the regular 2 behave when you want to stereo pair them, correct me if I am wrong. For party cast, there's a different party cast button.

According to a some people on Reddit, if you TWS the two V2 speakers together, then link your phone to one of them, you will get actual stereo. Procedure in more detail in link.

same question , I have the Costco version and looking to get another to pair with, and heard you need identical versions.
