I have this computer and it is garbage. Random stuff just doesn't work and I didn't find out until the return window was closed. Bluetooth microphone doesn't detect audio. Random video lag or stuttering. Cutscenes in games play at half speed. All of my other computers I have worked out of the box or with minimal effort after getting drivers or following guides whereas I spent hours downloading drivers and codecs and rolling back Windows update and even doing a clean reinstall on Windows, none of it helped. Might as well spend $2000 on a laptop shaped paperweight instead

It's OOS already, and it looks like some of the orders were cancelled.

Second this, $3800 at best buy and out of the box one of usb c ports didn't work. They wanted me to send it in to repair and I didn't want to go without a computer for work. Didn't send it in but 2 months later the liquid metal cooling spilled out onto my motherboard and killed it. Luckily they fixed it, but never fixed the usb issue as requested and I lost all my files. When gaming, the computer randomly shuts off from heat issues. I wish I would've purchased the Alienware equivalent, I've had 2 HP work computers die on me in the past so this is the last straw, I will never buy another one of their products.
