i've tried this stuff twice. i hate it. doesn't help me sleep. gives me headaches. do not recommend.

10mg of melatonin is simply too much The body naturally creates around .3 to .6 mg of melatonin 10mg dosage is very high and most people who report the drowsy feeling the next day are just taking super high dosages 1-2mg in my belief is the golden ratio Melatonin is simply to regulate sleeping patterns and you should be taking it at least an hour before you want to sleep Anyway long comment but hope this helps

When I use these I use a very small piece, 1/8, maybe 1/16? Of the pill and it works pretty well. I agree with the top comment taking the whole pill is overkill. Doing it that way also extends the usage out for a few months, for me at least.
