Yes the Walkers are definitely thinner muffs, but the Peltor's bands and ear cushions are so much nicer. They feel far better on your head than the walkers do, and they have a better NRR. They weigh about the same too.
If you are specifically wanting thin muffs obviously these are the choice. But if the extra bulk doesnt bother you the Peltors are very nice for the price.
Im keeping both but really like the 3M ones more than I thought I would.
