Just bought the pro version of this model for $539 at Costco with 5 year warranty. So far I love this TV. Picture is excellent. Built in sound not so great, but with soundbar is great. Google operating system is a little slow, but overall I'm very happy with the purchase. I've read some negative reviews about hardware and software issues, but I haven't experienced that yet and with the 5 year warranty am not to concerned.

People just don't know TVs. Finding a 65" mini-LED TV under $500 is very unusual, and at $400 is a spectacular deal. The only knock on it I guess is the QM6K Pro is a better TV and only slightly more $ at Costco, where you get a 4-5 year warranty vs 1-2 years. There's a compelling case to wait for the Costco sales on the QM6K Pro, and they do have sales often.

Yes this is not a Q6 series, the Q6 is older and worse! It's QLED and 5.8 RTINGs rating vs QD Mini-LED and 6.8 rating for the QM5K.

It's confusing but the QM series is different from Q. For example there is a QM6 TV that is better than this, but the Q6 is a bottom barrel TV. Then the letter that comes at the end represents the generation so QM6K is older than the QM6L. There is no successor to the QM5K.

Qm6k has 144 fresh rate which I guess is rare at the sale price point $530, qm5k 60 hz. Supposedly thats the main difference. 3 hdmi on the 5k, 6k has 4.
