This price is $50 less than Best Buy's 4th of July Sale of 649.99.

This model or designation may be a special allocation for an already existing model for Best Buy as A3G isn't really referenced much elsewhere except for a different black TCL in another country. Otherwise the typical model designation for the most recent NXTFRAME had been 300W.

Everyone will have their wants / needs / preference when it comes to these white frame style TV's. My needs were simple but specific:

Must be white on bezel
(With or without the magnetic frame add-on)

Must be white on back of display chassis

No external box for AV input

This pretty much eliminated;
Samsung The Frame
Hisense Canvas Series

This Google TV can function as a dumb TV and does NOT require internet connection for setup.

This TV DOES allow the display to go to turn off while still outputting audio. This is a huge selling point to me, and one of the reasons I didn't want to relinquish my Roku TV.

I can confirm this version from Best Buy DOES include both the feet AND the proprietary wall mount.

There is a "mod" on Reddit at the end of this post, for those who seek this display but want to use a traditional mount.

Why would anyone want that if it's meant to appear flush mounted?
Well everyone has their own use case. For example: I will likely follow this and mount it to a white swivel mount in a large bedroom / office space. Similar to what you would find in a hotel suite that shares a division of the sleeping and living area.

It's more of an aesthetic find for me vs. what some of you may seek in features etc.

My only complaint was that the power cord included was black instead of white. Easy fix from my stash, and or Amazon.

Happy hunting to you on your next TV find.

The "mod" from Reddit, which I will perform my own finishing touches to:

So after the designer gimmick, how is this as an actual tv. I'm looking for something mid-tier for everyday TV watching. No gaming

Does this TV have a sensor for ambient lighting, so that it dims in night light and turns off when there's no activity

This is an actual TV yes - I tend to interchange TV and display from time to time. I have my Roku Streambar connected to it.

I've corrected the model from A3D to A3G. Thank you for catching that.

You are correct - the NXTFRAME turned NXTVISION and now Desinger Series have a proprietary mount likely due to to the chassis or let's be honest, accessories make money,

This tv is designed to sit flush to the wall, and comes with its own wall mount to accommodate the design.

I too would like to know this. The info doesn't seem to be readily available.

Also, side note, this TV has WiFi 5... so video game streaming might be off the table for some; personally, I think WiFi 6 with a capable router is necessary. I'm also assuming that most, like myself, aren't getting this TV for that.

Just found this review that says it does not have that... It's not for this particular model, but it is for a TCL tv...

The above link is time stamped. This is a deal breaker for me. He does have a solution at the 11:45 timestamp... but not something that I'm willing to do.

Funny, I don't pay attention to such features but because I had the time tonight, got home and found that it does have it. Will post shortly.
