FYI, this version has a symmetrical layout for the sticks and buttons similar to PlayStation controllers. The non-plus CRKD Nitro Deck version has a non-symmetrical layout similar to Switch and Xbox controllers. Based on your preferences, you may not want one version or the other.
Throwing this out there but I've heard complaints about the Nitro Deck in terms of Ergonomics. Because the face buttons and right stick are inline with one another, it's hard to press the buttons without your thumb rubbing on the stick. You have to hold it a weird way to avoid that. When they released the + version with the built-in dock, they "addressed" it by flipping the stick and face buttons' position but they're still inline with one another so you have to hold it kind of weirdly to reach the face buttons now with the +
I've heard pretty good things about the NexiGo GripCon that has a built-in dock and retails for $40. It's also got Hall Effect sticks, The right stick and buttons are not inline with one another, a kickstand, vibration motors, remappable buttons, and reviews suggest the ergonomics are great and the build quality is nice too. It doesn't look as nice as the Nitro Deck though.
I've had my eye on it for a while. It sometimes goes on sale for even cheaper as well.
NOTE: I have never used the Nitro Deck, Nitro Deck +, or the NexiGo GripCon...I've just watched a lot of reviews for all of them. So take this for what it's worth, I just wanted to point out things I've heard about the Nitro Deck and offer an alternative

We have the Nexigo, Nitro Deck and Deck +. My sons Nexigo trigger broke within 6 months. The Nitro Deck and + ergonomics are imperfect but better than regular joycons.
If you want good ergonomics and quality get Mobapad M6 HD.

My son probably dropped the Nexigo or something, but I have seen poor reviews on quality. The Nitrodeck seems to be a bit better, but lacks ergonomics. Mobapad M6 HD is absolutely killer. Thats what I personally settled on.

That's probably the route I'll go. I rarely use my Switch OLED since the Switch 2 came out and I'm not interested in having to take my switch out of one of these grips every time I want to dock it which is why I was looking for one with a built-in dock but something like the M6 seems like it'll solve that issue because it just connects to the joycon rails so you can use the regular dock
