Almost jumped. I figure I could add an update to make it work with a cfs, but. Plus it does not have a unicorn tip.

Amazon has the upgrade kit for 37 bucks...

I got a k1 max from this reseller about a year ago and it did have a unicorn nozzle. I can't vouch for this particular batch but because the printer is so old I would assume it would be more likely than not to have the unicorn nozzle set up. Got one myself and will confirm when received.

I got one from Creality's eBay refurb site last year. It looked like it was used a few times then put back in the box. It had all accessories unopened. It did have a minor mark on the build plate.
The smooth PEI build plate doesn't hold first layers as reliably as the textured pei plate that came with my previous Flashforge 5M. I've since picked up a texture plate for the K1 max.
I don't like the material swap process as well as my 5M. Not a huge deal but still a drawback. Mine had all the factory updates including the unicorn nozzle.
If you need the size this is a good printer. I wouldn't get the P1s over this. Without the AMS the only P1s advantages are quieter printing and Bambu's online ecosystem. I don't care about the online part. The noise isn't bad though I would like the quieter part. In exchange you get a bigger build volume, better UI screen, better camera and a slicer that doesn't force you to log in.
