Our dog had full blown 4th of July fireworks stress induced diarrhea and this thing handled it like an absolute champ. Without it, I'd still be scrubbing the carpet!

Is this thing worth it if I have a much larger model already? I have the Big Green Machine, but the downside is it takes quite a bit to get going in terms of weight and minimum water requirements/etc makes it pretty unwieldy for when the cat vomits/etc. Having a smaller unit to spot clean would be nice.

Yes, in-store price is $69.99. So you'll save the $5 S&H.

You can look up your store's inventory and price via the app. Just go to the 'Warehouse' tab and type in the product number.

Pretty bad reviews, both on the Costco site and online.

Yeah, thanks for pointing that out.

Most people complaining that the packaging doesn't match the contents; doesn't actually contain full cleaning solution bottles but concentrated sachets you mix with water. I think?

Also some people complained of leaks. You always need to wonder about operator error, but could be an issue.

I used to have one of the handheld bissells and really liked it. I don't recall using any special cleaning solution, just plain water, and did fine. Anyone know if there's something different about this one that would prevent that? I can't imagine so

Yeah, I almost mentioned that many of the bad reviews on Costco's site were because of the lack of cleaning solution bottles, but quite a few (and online) mentioned leaking, attachments not fitting securely, lack of suction, etc.

I have this model and I like it, used to have the spot bot but the hose got old and cracked and rather than replace bought this model. The one thing that drives me nuts is the removable clear cover on the front of the suction handle kept falling off for me, I ended up putting some tape to hold it in place, not something I would expect to have to do on a brand new machine. For cleaning up stains tho it works great, plenty of hose and power and the self clean feature is a nice touch when your all done.

I have this and works well. The one weird thing is that the exhaust fan is on the bottom of the machine. So when you set it on the floor while using it it struggles a little.

Does anyone know if there is a reason for that? Is it supposed to be used to dry the floor?
