Just FYI......and YMMV........I bought this yesterday at Home Depot online (and it is already shipped and on the way). Amazon had this sander in a bundle along with a 2Ah Dewalt battery, charger and Dewalt storage bag for normally bundle priced at $188.89, on sale for ~$156, and after I signed in (and I do not have Prime)......there was a coupon that showed up on the page for $111.89 (YMMV). I called Home Depot and they matched it, but knowingly gave me a little more than just matching it, but matching the price at Amazon which was before taxes, for the price at Home Depot, after taxes, so my final price (without taxes) came to less than $103, and that includes what I believe is the same cordless sander, a Dewalt 2Ah battery, a Dewalt charger and a Dewalt storage bag. (So essentially, I got this sale priced sander, and for less than $4 more, I got a battery, charger and carry bag.). (and just another FYI, I was at Lowe's this morning, and they had the sander for the same price, on sale for $99)

how did you get HD match coupon price on Amazon? they couldnt verify the price and still matched it?

Yep.......thought there was a 50% chance (or greater) that they would say no....and just match the $156, but got it for $102 and change, so I cannot complain.

Be sure to buy spare drive rings to have laying around. They break from time to time and will stop your project in its tracks.

It's part # N430442, also known as a "friction o-ring" or "sander belt". Not available at Home Depot as far as I know, but you can get them online from multiple places. Amazon has them.

The manual speaks about having to replace the hook and loop pad as well. I assume this is much less often is perhaps less likely to wear out or break suddenly, so you do not need to keep a spare on hand? And although HD carries the DW4388 pad replacement, it does not list this model (DCW210) as compatible devices on their site but I assume that is an oversight? I assume that is the part that you need to replace? (the manual does not site a pad model number)
