Can't speak on Woot as far as Premium Reconditioned, but everything I've ever gotten from secondipity has been pretty much brand new. Had a friend just buy from them about a month ago after telling him where I usually get my headphones and he was shocked at how good they were, he had just bought a brand new set and ended up taking those back

Secondipity will be better. Both Amazon like new and woot refurbs are actually used items, or at least open box return. Secondipity I'm convinced are actually new items.
