Yup.

But some people just need a powerbank while traveling around on the ground. Or in a power outage. I think most powerbanks are used while not on a vacation somewhere.

If I remember correctly, 100Wh (which is about 27,000mah) is the limit in carry on bag (unless a specific airline has their own special rule). I carry my 25000mah power bank all the time. This device, at 30000mah, would need special permission for airline travel.
