$25 is pretty crazy for this Lenovo-adjacent brand bank.

For people who are not Chinese or flying into China soon, you're probably wanting to see UL and FCC certification. For flight, you want it to be TSA compliant and adhere to UN 38.8 standards with a formal test summary.
This particular product is FCC compliant and appears to be TSA compliant, but is not UL listed. The batteries also seem to fully be the traditional lithium batteries, not a hybrid or one of the newer battery techs. It does seem to have throttling and cooling technology. Overall seems fairly safe, but I wouldn't expect it to be as safe as a $150+ power bank with all the latest certifications and goodies.
