This will just take up space in your kitchen, grab a paper towel and you can just easily grab that membrane to rip off! - IMO - $10 is better spent elsewhere

I do a lot of ribs and I will tell you that this is so absurdly pointless. It doesn't make it any easier to do one rack and it doesn't make it any easier to do a 100 racks. I have no idea what the benefit is and who this is even for

I know everybody is saying paper towel. And it is easy. And I agree 100%. BUT there are a lot of people that struggle to get the membrane off. I read it all the time in my smoking meats group on FB. Not sure if this thing is any good, but maybe it can help one of those type people...

if they struggle with the paper towel method, they will struggle with this. with the added benefit of not having $10, or space in your drawer.

my friend bought one. he was prepping ribs one day and i said, here, try this. paper towel method. and now the tool is on the way to goodwill.
