In for 2, hard to beat $1.77 for a quality pre-made that doesn't suck.

Most quality powders are going to be around $1-1.50 or more for 25-30g per serving.

I mix the vanilla ones with A&W zero sugar or a Coke Zero sometimes for a guiltless sweet treat.

Zero complaints on these personally. Can only vouch for the vanilla tho -- but chocolate is pretty hard to mess up. The Labrada Lean Mass shakes are the nastiest shakes I've ever had, no idea how that company stays in business.

Not when you're trying to hit north of 200-250 every day. Being able to hit one of these during the day and knock out 20-25% of what you need makes hitting protein goals way more manageable.
