Ridiculously cheap. I usually use wax without issue, but this is cheaper than even that. Doesnt take up much space in an emergency kit with the usual mix of tank bolts, spare fill valve, flapper, that annoying valve stem replacement for when your supply valve leaks, etc. Worth it.

cant be a price mistake on BOTH Amazon and Walmart... maybe some kind of manufacture promotion pricing they got and handing down to customers?

Great deal- I got the 2 inch flapper max 3 and ordered 3 of these $-12 and up generally everyday at the usual other retailer/sellers places. Cheaper than wax and allow you to pull a toilet without the usual wax ring mess.. Get it before it gone if you are in the trade or just want them for when your home toilet need pulled or changed out etc! One other thing the bolts and hardware cost more than this package- , the 6000BP toilet parts include: (1) Wax-free seal, (1) Set of hardware and (1) Instruction. Also if your tile floor was installed as an upgrade after it was built or your move in? Many installers and tile guy use wax ring is most often a slow leak if your flange is now recessed. Why you ask-New tile has raised your floor and many times the tile/plumber combo did not raise the flange just put in wax ring or two stacked. When the tops of your steel drain rust out(ask me how)-service call for water leaking on floor due to tile installation not taking into consideration adding a raised fange and better toilet gasket kit like this may have prevented it... this tall foam design and spout save $$ and headaches later.
