That deal is the non-HP non-brushless jigsaw which has the foot tilt adjustment UNDER the foot which means you have to lift the tool off the work to adjust the tilt, then put it back down to see if you got it right, then pick it up to adjust it more, then put it back down which is extremely annoying. This brushless one has the tilt adjust on the back so it CAN be adjusted while holding the tool against the work making the adjustment easy and exact the first time. This one is also faster and more efficient so it not only cuts faster but cuts longer with the same battery. This brushless one is worth double the price of the other one just for the tilt adjust location.
