FDA says be sure not to have kids 11 or under eat ANY canned albacore and pregnant women one can a week max. But if you personally like ingesting heavy metals, you're obviously free to do so! At least you did so knowingly/up front!

Goes well with my lead poisoning in my childhood from pellets and 22cal. But yeah, best not for kids or if preggers. If an adult time is already waning so whatever.
