This was released in 2021 and has a sealed battery, non-replaceable. Wouldn't gamble with it.

I tested a bunch of smaller action cameras and I really hate the video quality from this. I like the form factor but the video quality is like my least favorite of any somewhat modern action camera. Like I much prefer the old but still somewhat decent GoPro Hero 8 over this.

It was not worth it years ago unless you are okay with recording short clips. The problem is short battery life and overheat shutdown.

The DJI Action 2 Dual Screen Combo is a tiny action camera best known for its compact form, smooth footage, and built in stabilization. It can feel wider and smoother than a phone, and the small size is a major draw for quick outdoor clips or occasional family 2K and 4K 24 fps recording. The main drawbacks are weak image detail, frequent overheating, short battery life, and a sealed battery that cannot be replaced. It is a niche pick if size matters more than long, reliable recording.

If yall get this camera make sure to message dji and request the case it will definitely help with the overheating. I think if you specify the overheating there is no cost for the case.

Dji osmo action 4s were around $170 for prime days. I'd watch for one of those vs this.
