AMOE: To enter without making a store visitation or product purchase, handprint in English in black ink on a 3"x 5" piece of paper your complete name, mailing address, mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth and then mail in a properly stamped envelope to "Food City Refresh Your Ride Sweepstakes, PO Box 488, Syosset, NY 11791-0488" (each, a "Mail-in Entry").
