Obviously it's bulky, but if you have space - it's great. I do mostly pull ups on it though, no wobble for me
Community Reviews
This Sportsroyals power cage stands out as a budget home gym setup with the lat pulldown and accessories included, and the price looks strong for what comes in the box. The rack has held up for years in home use, with only a little wobble during reracking or weighted pull ups, and assembly was manageable. The main tradeoffs are its bulky footprint, 4 inch hole spacing, and no lap brace for lat pulldowns. It arrives in two packages, so the accessories may show up separately.
Common Questions (5)
It has a little wobble during reracking or weighted pull-ups, but it is still described as holding up well after about 2 years of use. For casual or average home-gym lifting, it is considered solid at this price, though it is not as rigid as heavier-duty name-brand racks.
Yes. The package includes the accessories shown, and the lat pulldown attachment is part of the setup. One practical note is that the rack ships in 2 packages, so the cage and accessories may arrive on different days, usually within 3 days.
No, it does not include a lap brace for lat pulldowns. That means you may need a separate attachment if you want that setup, while some competing racks like the Mikolo F4/F7 include one.
It appears to use 4-inch hole spacing. That is less precise than 2-inch spacing for setting J-hooks and safety bars, so adjustment options are more limited.
Yes, it is described as a strong value for what is included, especially for an average home gym. It is also compared favorably to similar cages sold at Walmart around the same price.

Row 1 (The Barbell): Perfect for shirts and jackets. It is long, straight, and holds a full wardrobe until you need to move it.
Row 2 (The Pull-Up Bar): Ideal for long dresses or air-drying damp towels since it sits high up.
Row 3 (The Weight Pegs): These work great as individual hooks for hats, belts, or resistance bands you haven't touched in months.

"We've shipped the Power Cage in 2 packages to reduce the potential transit damage to the minimum. Please don't be worried if they come on different days, normally the interval between receipt of all 2 packages will not exceed 3 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service and we're always here to help."
So I'm going to wait a few days for the 2nd package to arrive.
