I can't imagine that this is doesn't rub your boobs the wrong way when you run with it on... and I'm a guy... so I imagine boobs all the time.

I keep seeing these weight vests but I can't fathom why I would want to ADD weight!? that seems crazy - I want weight REDUCTION vests so I can carry more things without being encumbered.

These weight vests are more for calisthenics. I used them since rather than the plate strap to add 20 lbs for pull-ups and/or push-up
