I have this same style pillow, not this exact brand. I used it twice , all the firm edges makes it very awkward to use. The curve part that suppose to be between your legs are a bit too thin for good support. It's better just to get a normal pillow, or a "log" style one as it's easily adjusted to your position. This type has to be place at exact position to work, difficult to move around while you sleep and anyone laying next to you would get very uncomfortable from being hit with the edges.

My knees and ankles sometimes rub together & hurt, when sleeping on my side. I made a long pillow out of foam,(a couple of inches thick) and sewed a pillow case to fit. and it works well for me.

Yes, I also sometimes use a leg pillow for comfort. No, I would never want it strapped to my freaking thigh.

Although it is a Good Idea and maybe even Good Quality, The Mileage is going to Vary from Individual to Individual----Some may find it very comforting while in other cases it could actually create a New set of Problems due to Body Shape and Size Alongwith The Proportion of The Torso vs the Lower body

I've been using a leg pillow for years and I do like this type over the other thinner ones that I've had. I do usually travel with one of the smaller ones just because it's easier to fit in luggage, but these are great at home. I like the ones with the strap since I tend to toss and turn at night and a strap keeps it on my leg even when I'm flipping all over.

Recently bought this one without the strap. Unsure if it is helping with my back and hip pain. Have used it for about 4 nights but I do cirque du Soleil maneuvers in my sleep so may not be pillows fault.
