Not only is it WAY easier to clean a milk frothing pitcher for a normal espresso machine's steam wand, but you decide how hot you want it. I really can't recommend the plus which is considered to be superior to the evo. Hopefully someone who owns the evo can chime on on how the milk frother is though
- Milk doesn't heat up enough. I set the temperature to the max it will go in the settings. It doesn't matter how long you leave the machine on for either, as some machines need time to heatup. My machine just couldn't heat up the milk enough. The end result was a lukewarm latte. The solution I came up with was to microwave my cup before starting the latte so it was hot.
- Impossible to clean the container. After you got your lukewarm latte, the machine would prompt you do push the lever to start the automated cleaning process for the milk frother. It's absolutely not enough. It only takes a few times of using it before you get crusted milk on these tiny holes inside the container and on the spout. These holes are really small so I purchased tiny brushes that fit, but you can't really reach fully inside the rest of it. I just hoped spraying hot water inside was good enough.
