Apparently the gun & gameplay itself is the best it's ever been and the seamless open-world map without constant loading is nice.
If you're interested in all the DLC, this is likely the cheapest you'll find it for a while or until a complete edition comes out at some point. If you just want the main game, I'd guess it'll start regularly hitting $20 here soon.
