A note on this deal. The monitor has awful reviews in terms of just lasting around 1 year. Warranty wise, it seems the company and its process is very bad. There is a review stating the user paid almost $100 to get a replacement shipped. Just some information to take into consideration.

I'm surprised to hear that, Viewsonic used to make really good and reliable products but I guess maybe things have changed in recent years.

I've been looking for an IPS monitor with specs like these, 2 years ago I bought one with a VA panel and I kinda regret it. It's excellent for watching videos on, good color accuracy and viewing angle, but VA panels have really bad ghosting for first person games. I think I'll look for an IPS monitor other than this one though.

Sadly the last monitor I had to replace was a viewsonic brand. Won't invest in another.
