Interesting device if you want to add wireless CarPlay and connect an HDMI source to your car's display. That said, $50 still feels a bit steep. These adapters seem to go on sale fairly often, so I'd wait for a lower price unless you need one right away.

For this price, I expect onscreen YouTube, Netflix, etc DIRECTLY FROM MY PHONE, not via extra HDMI Firestick/Roku. Magic Box Adapter is like $65 full price and allows this.

Those are like $100 but very slow and filled with bugs. Bought 3 and all froze during playback!

Bought it a couple weeks ago. It's working great but it freeze for no reason sometimes and you need to unplug and plug it back. End up returning it back to Amazon.
