$40 isn't bad, about how much I'd say this is really worth quality wise. this bag is pretty thin, yet rigid in a weird way.
I don't take mine out, just use it to store camera gear at home

The original movie quote is "It's a bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see if it pays off for 'em". Even without knowing the quote the fact that Cotton is capitalized in the original comment should have clued you in that it was referring to a proper noun and not the material of the bag.
It's fine to miss a reference but you don't have to be snarky with "enjoy your rich people playing make-believe" because you missed a single quote from a comedy movie
