Most dealers have it for around $4.70. The picture and the part number don't line up.

Since it really isn't a crazy deal, I'd personally rather know I'm getting a genuine Denso/Toyota filter from the dealer vs whatever Woot happens to have.

Toyota may have a dozen part numbers for the same filter due to revisions, supersedures, etc. A quick look around the net indicates that this is a very low price for this filter, and your suggestion that it's not genuine is horse dooky. If anyone can get it locally from their Toyota dealer for $4.70 (which I highly doubt), that's a win.

You're welcome to your opinion. To humor you, I called my closest Toyota dealer and this filter is $7.95. My Woot order count is currently 68 (Joined 2014), with the overwhelming majority being excellent deals with no issues or misrepresented products.

At the end of the day, I'm here to save money and help others do the same. This deal seemed to be well worth posting for the Toyota/Lexus owners in this community.

toyota has 20-25% off parts sales several times a year, so id rather just buy from a dealer. There is a known toyota OEM parts counterfeiting issue right now, so how can one actually trust these to be genuine? id ask someone to cut one of these open to compare against a verified OE filter, but youd be negating your discount and going into the red doing that unless, sacrificing for everyone else's sake lol.
