I don't know. But I do know that the Home Depot HDX ones are a different size than the Costco ones. (the Costco ones are longer, wider but not as tall as the HDX). 27 gallons is just a volume so while there is likely a region in China that makes all these types of containers (and might even make them for Home Depot, Lowes, Sam's, Costco, Meijer, etc.) they might all be different sizes.

No. Costco Greenmade totes are 30.5 x 20.125 x 14.25 while Sam's Club Member's Mark are 30.6 x 20.6 x 14.3. They all seem to be slightly different. The only ones I've been able to find that match are Member's Mark and Lowe's Project Source Commander.

These are the type of thing I would shop used on Marketplace. There are some deals. However, I've found plenty of people trying to sell these for at and above retail. Some are asking $15 for the same volume container. If you don't mind having mixed brands, you can find them for $5.

$7 is pretty good per each of these nowadays.

keep in mind if you're planning to build out a rack system that there are at least 2 different form factors for the 27 gallons. they are not all the same dimensions.
