With that said I think the price is as good as you'll get on most of this gear.

FWIW, Amazon has a coupon for the same price and similar 30% off on most of their stuff.

Definitely the lowest prices you will find new... however, take a look at Reverb and you can find some cheaper b-stock and excellent new. Used - Good quality are going for even less.

I would love to have an OP-1 or OP-XY, but honestly I want bigger synths with weighted keys and don't need the portability.

I don't think I ever seen TE stuff go on sale. There were few "mistake" sales on Alto Music, but that's about it. (Although I did get my OG OP-1 for about $500 from Sweetwater by bargaining and price matching... that was a looooong time ago, before they got somewhat big. Definitely a fun little machine.

I would like to own a TE synth one day, but in the mean time I've been enjoying the glut of small, inexpensive synths from companies like Behringer and KORG. They usually have touch keys for when I'm on the couch, or I can pair with a nice external midi keyboard otherwise.

That's another issue, they are not cheap, but I somewhat understand why they price it that much. I'ts a small niche design studio that also happens to make some fun, fully custom music devices. It would be wrong to compare them with massive companies that they "compete" with.
Also, they have a range of cheaper products that are still excellent (K.O.2 series are very reasonably price, and are great).
30% OFF is a pretty big deal for stuff that NEVER goes on sale.
