I bought an 83-Inch Class LG OLED evo C4 4K in 2024 with a free soundbar directly from LG. I love the television, but the installation was absolutely awful. The guys first tried to say putting the TV on the stand was not included in the free installation. My installation included assembling the TV stand also, but I assembled it ahead of time. After I showed them the paperwork, they did a horrible job hanging the tv and used the wrong bolts and the wrong spacers. After they left, my wife and I had to take the television down and redo everything they did. I am surprised they did not snap the head off the screws with the amount of force used to tighten the screws.

Will not buy or recommend LG to anyone now.
If they do this to their TV. I can only imagine what is in their other connected devices like house hold appliances
For anyone who buys, know that shipping/installation will be hit or miss. LG contracts that service out in a way that translates to LG Partner customer service not being able to efficiently track delivery progress/arrival date/time. If you buy, avoid disappointment/frustration by being prepared with a flexible schedule.
