Woot scratch and dent gives me a pause since even their excellent refurbished phones often have issues with battery being under 80 percent health and scratches. I am guessing it will likely come from kiss electronics.

You have to be an idiot to buy refurbished/scratch & dent from Woot! I once bought a watch that was "new" yet it came without a battery. Expect at the very least no battery life in any "refurbished" phone. Buyer beware!

My last purchase of 2 watches came from KISS. 1 had high 70s battery so sent back and the other had 98% battery but some odd connectivity issue that caused it to take multiple tries and hours to do updates. Back it went as well.
