Because Terramaster doesn't specify what CPU is in this on the listing, it's the Intel Celeron N5095, which released in 2021 as a low power and low performance CPU. It's okay for a file server and has Intel's QuickSync so it can be fine for Jellyfin/Plex. It's going to be slow for just about anything else.

If you're only using immich, it probably should be okay. I probably wouldn't run it with the ML features alongside an actively used jellyfin/plex.
