I don't think it would be easy to run a 12v fridge. It doesn't have 12v output. It also doesn't have AC output. This device seems to be more about charging devices with USB. It's good for charging phones, ipads, laptops, drones etc

It would run it. Those things run about 40-50 watts when the compressor is on. I got a River pro 2 off EBay for $100 a few months ago and I use it for that purpose and charging devices etc.

The problem isn't the power output it's the connection. A 12v fridge would run best on a 12v outlet and second best on and AC outlet. This Jackery doesn't have either
