No but I'd suggest YouTubing to see if someone has done lab tests. I take the NOW brand of this which I thought was a budget/lower end brand but consistently that brand tests well for potency and dosage accuracy

Completely different use case. Melatonin helps u fall asleep. These are more like they keep you asleep

The US is one of the few countries that treat it so casually and where it (melatonin) isn't treated as a prescription medicine rather than an over-the-counter supplement. As a general rule, try to avoid supplementing with a hormone the body naturally produces. The body tends to reduce or stop doing so naturally.

I strongly discourage using melatonin, other than short term low dose exceptions, such as getting over jet lag, etc. High dosages over long periods of time is a bad idea.

I take the Costco Magnesium Glycinate, particularly to help with electrolytes and night leg cramps. I highly recommend subscribing to this YouTube channel. Ojais Doctors: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=649EWchJn-M

With only 90mg of elemental mag you would want maybe 2-3 of these every night. I use doctors best, I like that one.
