Got one. Shipping was fast and it came with a pair of knit gloves. I appreciate its light weight and relatively compact form. Until I get our attic ladder replaced, this one will get me access to the attic. For reference, I weigh less than 130lbs. I think $50 is a good price for this sort of ladder. But I also think that for this format a taller ladder would be more useful. Still if you can't afford to pay more, this is nice to have

Yeaa I'd wait for a 12ft version. Since no matter the height, they take up the same amount of room so might as well go big with this.

Neighbor gave away their nearly identical ladder "for scrap" because it was recalled. Just Google "telescopic ladder recall" or check out this article:

Not really.. If one locking point snaps then you will fall roughly 1-2" ish lol..

At least with mine the tolerance is so tight that they have to slide down simultaneously otherwise it just gets snagged and won't go anywhere. On top of that both left and right side needs to snap. So basically 3 safeguards lol. Also with mine you can clearly see if it's locked in place correctly since there's a red and green indicator thing.


I think you might have just messed up and blaming the product. Or who knows maybe you got the cheapest temu telescoping ladder lol
